Hi Cecilio,
I think I'm going to stick with using TMPGEnc and Nero to make VCDs, they gave me acceptable quality.
Now come up the capturing souce video, I capatured the DV to AVI files, then use TMPGEnc to convert MPEG files, how about capturing them into MPEG1 file directly? Can it also yield good quality into making VCD?
