library Error message

Hi,
I'm new to all of this dvd encoding, and I have a problem.
I followed the directions to change a VIDEO_TS file into a DivX (.AVI)
but when I hit the encode button this is the message I get....

dyld: /usr/bin/mencoder can't open library: /usr/local/lib/libvorbis.0.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

I can play the VIDEO_TS file with the play button next to the file...but no .avi encoding....
What am I doing wrong?
