Hm, I didn't even know dvdlab had this feature. I mostly do vhs capture, and am for the first time authoring 'film'- encoded at 23fps. I forgot I needed to go back and add 3:2 pulldown to get it back up to 29fps. However, when I opened the mpeg file in DVDLab, it popped up a warning and offered to add the 3:2 pulldown for me. I just finished the conversion, and it seemed to work- asset is now showing 29.97fps. We'll see if the finalized dvd works ok.
Just curious- anyone use this feature before? I didn't even know it was there! Nifty, if it works. Anyone tried it? Did it work for you? I'm always suspicious when things seem to work!

Most people insert the 3:2 pulldown flag during the encoding process. And yes, it has work for me on several DVDs.
