for some reason, when i set chapter points they aren't getting set at the correct location in the video. say i set a point at 2:00.00. when i play back the vcd and select the menu item that corresponds to that chapter point, the video jumps to 1:10.00. If i set the point to 3:00.00, the video jumps to 6:00.00. this makes no sense. VCD shows everythig OK until i make a vcd. i cannot sync chapters to the correct video index points. What is going on here?
