I was encoding a avi and it was encoding fine...but after it encoded about 42 minutes of the file, it froze and it said "not responding". I tried to restart where it left off several times with source range but it kept on freezing. How can I fix this? Hope that made sense. Thanks.

How can I check the avi....how do I know there are bad frames in the file? When I play in on the media player, it looks fine.
