capturing streaming webcast with timer

does anybody know of some software that will allow me to record a webcast & set a time for it to start & stop? picture quality isn't too much of a priority, as it is my radio show that i want to record, but i'm doing an interview with a band that is coming to play nearby & want to have a permanent copy for posterity.
obviously i'll be in the studio at the time which is why i need to set the the timer.
