Hello,
I captured a D8 one hour tape with a firewire from my camcorder using WMMII.
I set it up for DV-AVI ( 25Mbps ), so I expected a captured file size of close to 14GB.
What I ended up with was about 5GB, and the file properties stated it was 26 minutes long, and should have been 60.
It took about an hour, as it should to capture, and close to that again to create the file.
I checked the tape, and it is almost full ( close to 60 minutes ).
Is this a processor problem ( no probs in the past ), tape content issue, or simply operator problem?
Please advise, and as always, thank you for any help.
