question on extracting mpeg from bue/bin

i have a cue/bin file that contains an mpeg and i want to extract it and burn it. problem is when i use vcdgear to do this it says that the mpeg stream cannot be located.

i even tried isobuster and extracted an mpeg but nothing will play it. its like there is a problem with it. funny thing is all the sfv files check out, so i am not sure where the problem may be. anyone have any suggestions?
