If I have used software to shrink a DVD9 to DVD5, how can I create a DVD iso image file out of my result?

  2. Use Imgtool with ifoedit, can be found on doom9.net.

    or download.com, and get winiso

im just wondering why ppl still convert to ISO files. Use record now max to record the authored files. One less step.
http://dvd.coldpie.com - where you can download versions of DVD2DVDR.

  4. another simpler way is to use DVDDecrypter, which is available from the tools section on the left. All you have to do is load up DVDDecrypter select MODE then select ISO then READ. Select your source i.e. your dvd drive which has the dvd in it, then set your destination i.e. your harddrive, then press the BIG button. Thats it.

Why not just store the VIDEO_TS folder, as I do? Why is it worth the extra step to get an ISO file?
