  1. I have some fullscreen divx files that i want to convert to vcd but I want the output file to be viewed like a window format. Thicker black bars all around it rather than the thin ones. Any suggestions on how to do that? I've been using tmpgenc and i tried the various options for the video and its not really what i want. I got thick bars on the sides but really thin ones on the bottom so it kinda looks stretched not squared. Any help would be great...Thanks

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

  3. is there any way to calculate the sizes? And it needs to stay ntsc compliant to play in the dvd player also.

You mean like a bit rate calculator? Or you can always use the templates to make sure it stays in compliance.

  5. ok i used in tmpgenc the setting option then the advanced and set my own video size to 300x200 so its smaller. When i convert it to a ntsc mpeg file will it still be vcd compliant?
