Hi guys,
Was wondering whether it would be possible to use CSS Lock with VCD. I was thinking maybe if we made a simple menu on the VCD, maybe we could use CSS lock or some sort of copy protection on it.
Haved been able to lock the VCD from duplicators but it doesn't stop pirates from copying it through proper CD replication.
I know even CSS lock is easily cracked by many softwares for DVD's but was just wondering whether it could be done on VCD.
Thanks in advance guys.

can't be done w/ VCD and can't be turn w/ consumer DVD burners either.

VCDs don't support CSS protection, or any other formalized type of copy protection. There are certain little tricks you can use to make copying more frustrating, but they are ultimately very easy to get around. Sorry, there isn't much you can do.

As above.
VCDs don't support CSS.
In fact, your consumer DVD burner doesn't support writing it either.
If you really want to frustrate potential copiers, some like this: http://www.vcdimager.org/guides/combination_lock.html might be your best bet.
