Question about label software

I got a few days ago a memorex label pack(matte) which came with a fantastic software "exPressit". You load the picture of your label (scanned), and the fuction "fit" lets you put it to the label template perfectly. Print it, done!

Now, I bought some glossy labels, but not a memorex brand (too expensive). The program doesn't allow to change the template. My new labels are compatible AVERY 5824/5931. I tried different programs (even Avery) but didn't find one that let me choose a compatible template with the "fit" function.

Does anybody know a good one that does both?:

Is there not just a simple resize function that lets you drag the corners and sides of the image around so you can make it fit manually?
