I recorded an mpeg2 video file with audio. The frequency of the clip is 44.1Hz. I want to change it to 48Hz. What software can do that?
I do not want to demux the clip because once I do it, it will become desynched. I want to do it directly to the clip. Is it possible?

I know that some authoring tools will automatically convert the audio. The one that I am most familiar with is DVDComplete, but in order to do so, it de-muxes the MPEG video and audio.
Now that I think about it, I don't believe that you can convert without de-muxing the audio.
