    I believe the SVCD2DVDMPG forum and a couple of others are hosted by Baldrick as a favour to the relevant tools creator and registration is not required for some of these forums.

    Yep, vcdeasy, ffmpegx and svcd2dvdmpg forums doesn't require any registrations.
