if you have a video 352x240 can it be converted to 352x288 to fit tv screen??i have tried using a ulead movie factory template of 352x288 but nothing changes.

352x240 is ntsc vcd resolution. 352x288 is pal vcd resolution. theres not much difference visually.

You can use TMPGEnc to convert 352x240 to 352x288. you will have to add boerders. letterbox style to compensate
