I have a Pioneer DVR-104 (originally installed in a Compaq PC); the current firmware is V1.30. I've tried a couple of firmware upgrades, but always get a "kernal not matched" error. I understand that this has different firmware, being that its an OEM model, but I was wondering if anyone has successfully upgraded the firmware in one of these units, and what version did you upgrade it to?
