  1. Ok I have captured a VHS that I made.

The result file is a 6.5Gb file for 2 hours (a bit too much but not a problem)

the capture is 720 x 540 with audio of 384kbs.

My question is, which software do I need to improve the video quality (the vhs wasn't great) and how can I improve the sound ? and maybe cropping a bit the video.

How to remastering a Mpeg 2 files ?

    Thanks

  2. It depends on what it is (anime, old film, newer film). Sometimes you can adjust the colors, or the BEST thing to do is run it through VirtualDub, and first download tons of filters from other people, add them all together and then reencode it!

  3. it's an home made Video made few year ago.. still was recoded on a DV, but I only have the VHS version.

I would need to ajust the color, brightness, contrast and remove some noise if possible
