  1. I have a movie I recorded, it plays fine on the computer but if I try to load it into tmpgenc to edit it before i burn to cd, I get an error, in the merge/cut section it states illegal mpeg stream

I recorded this in the same mannor I recorded the other 30 movies this month, I average recording 3-4 movies a day off my sat dish..

nothing is changed on my settings, the movie before and the movie after on the same day came out fine..

    anyone have any suggestions...

  2. Try demultiplexing and remultiplexing the file, assuming it will accept the file for multiplexing.

    Defrag the HD.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

  4. Im having the same problem, 'cept TMPG wont read it at all. The file's too big for a CD, so I need to chop it - WinDVD reads it, but TMPG wont.

  5. drive has been defragged

tried demultiplexing and I only get a valid audio stream, it pulls a video, but says it isn't a valid stream when I try to load it..
