I have been trying to change the video stream sampling rate on an avi file from 20.00000 to 14.98487. I am using VirtualDub. When i do start changing the sampling rate it also uncompresses the file.(i think?) The file ends up being over 4 times the size before. Is there a guide on how to change video stream sampling rate on an AVI file. Thanks for any and all help.
