I have never seen a study on this but have read a couple post that says that 4X burning is not as reliable as 2X burning. One post said 1X was the most reliable. Are there any studies on this?
I burn my masters from a Mac at 2X and duplicate on a 4X duplicator and I have never had a problem.
An internet search hasn't turned up any information either.
Thanks

but im pretty sure more of a "it feels safer to burn at low speed" kind of a thing to me.
