Ulead DVD Workshop Capture Problem

System: Windows 2000 Pro, DV500 DVD, Premiere 6.5 & Workshop 1.3.

When capturing using option UDSW MPEG Capture everything is OK.

When capturing using option Ulead Direct Show Capture the following error is displayed: Catastrophic failure, captured file may be corrupted etc. etc. (13011:1:2).

Any help very much appreciated.

I had a problem like this, but it was with mpeg capture and it said it failed to build a capture graph. I no longer use it for capturing as it was not that good anyway, but I think uninstalling it then reinstalling it again solved my problem.
