Last I heard it was reportedly gonna be around $130. This is the one I'm waiting on to recommend to friends because of the price point.

You never know but since it's Lite-on I would think not. Call me old fashion thou but I don't think it's a good idea to rip with your DVDR drive as you're 'over working it.' Which clearly is BS because you're just doing what it was build to do (for similar reasons I don't run stuff in the background when burning )
