i am trying to ecode a 90 minute avi file into an mpeg 2 video and when I use tmpgenc the audio is slightly off later in the film. any1 know what could be wrong?

Extract the audio to an uncompressed wav file using virtual dub then use this as the audio source in tmpgenc.

If so, what did you use to capture?
What's your capture source?
