I have copied encoded video to mpeg2 with DVD specs using Mainconcept. I have put the files into DVDLab and compiled it with a menu, two films and 4 parts videos.
I have linked the correct videos to each other in DVDLab on the Menu (no chapters or scene selection put in) and burnt to DVD-R using Nero under the DVD Rom (UDF1.02) format, by dragging the Audio and Video TS folders.
My problem is that my dvd plays and stops part way thro, yet other dvd;s I have done in this way have worked.
I am burning with a Pioneer DVR105 on 4 x Bulkpaq Tango.
Mt question is can I rip with another proggie and use the files again? or are my videos files lost for ever?
Any help please guys appreciated.
Thanks Tom

yes you can rip them or in your case just copy the vobs/files back to your hard drive and try to play from your hard drive with powerdvd or windvd ..
that way you can find if its perhaps a disk problem .. which is what it sounds like .
