With 98, I do NOT know why it is asking for those dlls. Mine did not, and it works fine.
Personally, I do not think I would use anything that required more work than the PVS that is on the disk, and the upddated drivers and apps.
Something could be conflicting, but, as I don't know what progs you have, no help here.
