I am new to the DVD PC thing. I have had a DVD player since they first came out. I know all about "easter eggs" etc. But, how in the heck do you get the ROM extras? I am working with the movie "U571" and can't figure it out. I am using the PowerDVD software.

You mean the features that are only accessible on a pc? I think those are called dvd extra but anyway, when you insert a dvd into your dvdrom it should prompt you to install the necessary software. If not then look on the disk to see if you see anything titled dvd extra or something. Once its installed it should autoplay. Dvd extra is usually pretty useless, most dvds just have alot of links to relavant web sites. Some have scripts of the movie but thats about it.
But you cannot access these features through a software player like powerdvd. You have to install the software that comes with the dvd.
