    I looking for a DVD player which can play
    everything DVD,VCD,SVCD,XVCD,XSVD,MP3 multiregion
    and macrovision free without modification.

    any suggestions ??

  2. PIONEER DV-343 but no mp3.. hehe

  3. It does play the mp2 (embedded in MPEG stream). I can fit about 50 to 60 music songs on one CD to be played by the Pioneer DV-333 (and DV-343, I got both).
    The only trouble is I have to create those MP2 songs myself.

    ktnwin, I have a DV-434 (which is virtually identical to the 343) and I'd like to tinker with an MP2 audio CD. How do you encode the music (from mp3 source), and how do you burn the disc? What does the status panel on the player show? (eg. song title, track, etc.)

    Sorry for all the questions, but this sounds VERY interesting!

    you can convert mp3 to mp2 using a program called "DB Power Amp Music Convertor"

    I have used it alot to convert between wav/mp3/mp2.... has a good cd ripper to mp3 at many different bitrates too. and uses id3 tags to name the songs...

    very good program and you can download new plugins to change sound formats.

    get the program from download.com

  7. Sounds Like you need the Yelo DVD800 the best player I have come across plays everything you wnat even lets you navigate discs so you can play mepg files on iso discs, macrovision free with the factory menu. check out dvd player list
