Audio Problem With 2nd mpg-Out of Sync

Can anyboby help me i'm using Svcdtodvd+ to convert 2 mpgs, all goes perfect until the 2nd half of the dvd (2nd mpg) where the audio gradually goes out of sync, the original mpgs are fine so has anybody any idea what i can do. Thanks for your help.

Make a note of the length of the second video. Load the original into Gold Wave, using the length of the second video to record that much of your audio from Gold Wave and save it. Mux it to your second video.
