  1. I just got my pioneer 104 about a month ago an after much struggling i have managed to get 4 movies on dvd. All of the 4 movies I made -worked great on two computers when I do the a dvd-RW(memorex brand) test (unfortunately my shelf dvd player does not like my dvd-rw) but when I make a final copy with a dvd-r (unknowen brand blank white label) all my movies have a huge border on the bottom and the right side and no spacing on the top or left side, in this border the menu still shows but flickers... Even though the very same movies play great on both my computers... Does this sound like a media problem, or a encoding problem?!? or is my shelf dvd player (memorex) just a POS.Im lost, please help. Thanks

    Aspect problem comes to mind.
Are you using 4:3 Pan&Scan? Some (older or cheap) player don't handle Pan&Scan too well.

Aspect problems are not shown on a PC, only on standalone pplayers.
