I'm out of my league with this software but TMPGenc takes too long so I plucked down a few $$$ for CCE and can't figure something out. I can encode the avi files ok when I don't try to extract any audio. When I check the audio box and pick a name and location to save the audio, the encode doesn't continue passed the first few seconds. It doesn't lock up but no matter how long you leave it going, any avi file only shows abou 2.5 meg of mpeg that was encoded.
What am I doing wrong.
I have the latest version with the updates.
Thanks

It is my opinion the CCE is not the best choice for audio I never use it for that. What type of files are you working with and what AviSynth script are you using and version of CCE.

I work mostly with divx and xvid avi files. I have the latest version of CCE. I have also been trying Virtualdub but have not perfected it yet.
Black Sabbath and Dio........like it!
