Another newbie problem here. I am having trouble ripping a double-sided DVD while using smartripper to rip as dvd movie, key search set to once. However the ripping process cannot even begin as the key search just keeps going and going. After about 5 minutes, I get the error no key could be fund to decrypt the dvd. Is this a problem with only double-sided dvd? The other single-sided dvds in the same box set have been ripped without any problem. Should I try to rip and encode without keysearch? Any help would be great.

when smartripper fails, try dvddecryptor...the combination of the 2 hasn't failed me once.

Same damn problem I get. The key search thing seems to fail. How important is it anyway. I think I can rip by disabling it. It's ok to then encode?
