When Im using Sibelius it sucks to have to listen to my creations in .mid

    Please help, thanks.

First find a program which outputs a good midi sound. The one possibility is Wingroove. Then output to a wav file. Then compress with the LAME.

The simplest option -- Play the midi in your player. Record with GoldWave or whatever at 44kHz (at least). Save the wav and convert to mp3.
BTW if you have the LAME ACM codec installed you can save directly to mp3 from Goldwave.
