    Is there any program that can do it FAST and stays under 4,4 GB?
    I tried using Ulead DVDWorkshop, but it will take about a day (maybe more, I cancelled the job)

    It sounds like Ulead is re-encoding the video for some reason because it shouldn't take that long if it isn't. Is your video dvd compliant? If it is try changing the settings on the program to get it to not reencode your video. I've never used it, so I can't really help you there.
