  2. Look to the left for how to mux. There are several programs that can do this but the popular ones are TMPGenc and bbMPEG.

In TMPGenc choose "file | mpeg tools"
    Then click on 'simple multiplex'
Then input your source video and audio files, name your output file
    Hit GO

I can't remember how to do bbMPEG off the top of my head but it's fairly simple. Both programs can be d/loaded from the Tools section or at http://www.doom9.org

  3. Thanks Vejita.
    But here is my problem.
I dont want to end up with a large (>gig) mpeg file.
How do I merge and split the resulting mpeg file into 2 files < than 800 mb each.

  4. Use TMPGenc to split the resulting mpeg file into 2 files. It is located under MPEG Tools under the tab Merge & Cut. Load up the mpeg file. Once the file is in the box, clik on it and hit edit, the Edit & Merge box will pop up. Hit the { icon to select start point, move the scroll bar until where you want to split the file and hit the } icon, hit okay. Go down to output and browse where you want to save the file to. Press run in the lower right hand corner and it will start to split the file for you.
