Crazy premiere "-1 error"

Hi again....

Just tried to open my most recent project but suddenly it´s all wacky and all my clips/music/titles etc. are gone from the timeline. In the bin window all it says is -1 in front of the clips. Please help me.... what the h*ll has happened?

I myself (a Premiere user) have not had this problem, but I was scouring the forum boards elsewhere and came across someone with your same problem. Here is a link to the topic that has a couple of solutions. Hope its a help. Here is the link. Good luck
