    hey guys, need some help.

    when i capture, i get a thin line of noise or distortion at the top of my video. this never happened before.

    i capture with powervcrII at 320X240, 2600bps, mpeg 1.

    is there a way to prevent that or atleast a way to crop it?

    If you use TMPGEnc for final encoding, it will crop, using the clip frame function.
