    I use tmpgenc but not all file go into it.
    So im trying main concept mpeg encoder 1.3,my video file is fine first but when i encode it to dvd my output file is not smooth it stutters so how can i get over it have i got some settings wrong coz i havent change any of them.

    Please, check your source. Verify the framerate (how many frames per second it has), if it is interlaced or progressive and if it's interlaced what's its frame order (First top or first bottom).
    If you don't know what those things are, I suggest you visit http://www.lukesvideo.com. There is a lot of information about it.
