Sydney is GMT+10 hours. When set to GMT+10 on the options, I see the time on the board (at present) as 12:09. However, the REAL time is 15:09 (and Sydney isn't in daylight saving time or anything like that yet) -- i.e., the board clock time is 3 hours slow.
