  1. when a play this certain vcd on win media player it freezes on a certain frame but the time still keeps going. i tried re-encoding it with tmpeg. and the problem still presists how do i fix this?

  2. I'm not sure what causes this problem but it happens quite often to me. VCD's i get from one person on the internet all have this problem. I think there is somethiong odd about the encode or maybe something goes wrong alone the way...The fix for me is to use VCDImager Easy(available on this site) and convert it to a VCD 2.0 BIN/ Cue file and burn that to VCD works everytime sofar! version.96. The new version 1.0 failed to fix the file the one time I tried it for that. Put it through v.96 and sure enough it plays fine! This only takes a short time even on a slow machine . It took 6min on my old Pentium 200mhz . Super fast on my new 900mhz AMD.hope this works for you
