    Everytime today that I've trieds to go back to the forum index I get the following:

    Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10049) in e:\vcdhelp\www\forum\db\mysql4.php on line 48
    phpBB : Critical Error

    Could not connect to the database


    But once I refresh the page, the index comes right up. Could this actually be a database error, or a server problem, or something.
