I'm a newbie to all this, but after about two weeks of messing around with ffmpeg I have managed to author my first SVCD - WooHoo!!![]()
The only problem is when I play it back in my dvd player it plays about a second then pauses then plays another second then pauses etc. Is this something to do with framerate? I authored it as SVCD PAL because I'm in the UK, but I don't know what the source avi framerate is because the info button doesn't work.
Any ideas??![]()

OK, quicktime says the framerate is 23.98. So I'm going to change the framerate to NTSC FILM in Video Parameters - This may be a stupid question, but because I'm in a PAL region will I still be able to play my SVCD?
Thanks
