  1. Hello all.

I am a newbie to th world of DVD. I have a downloaded .DivX file that I want to burn to DVD. I use DVD2SVCD and CCE2.50 for the movie and AC3 machine for the audio. I then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to "join it all together". However I get an Avisynth access violation message at some memory error in red font on a black background on the frames. Can this be fixed? If so can anyone tell me a simple way to do it (step-by-step). Also my version CCE 2.5 has logos displayed on the frames, can I download a "logo free copy"??..if so where??

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Regards

    David

I love using CCE to encode and the only legal way to get a "logo free"copy of CCE is to buy it. When ever I get an avisynth error like you have described, it means that i screwed up the script or I screwed up the encode. Include a copy of the script and the error in your reply and we may be able to provide more useful information.
I use the method described here to encode avi to DVD. There are a lot of steps but if you follwow the ones that apply to your situation, you will have success.[/url]

    Good luck,

    This is so much fun!

  3. Thanks for the information. Do you know a link to the "legit" CCE copy software?

Still struggling with that other link. I have also heard about creating a phoney .avi file in VFAPI (Whats this??) may also work.
    Thanks again
