  1. 4x DVD-R Pio (Pioneer OEM) 50 pack spindles from ESBUY.com = $84.00

    EsBuy branded 4x High Speed DVD-R Media White 50 pack from ESBUY.com = $88.00

Last time I bought the esbuy branded 4x discs from esbuy.com for my cendyne DVR-105 (aka the pioneer A05) on people's advice and was happy about my purchase - no coasters or problems at 4x, all 50 times. Well I need more and I went back to order and now they have these pioneer branded ones. What do you guys think of these discs VS these esbuy branded ones - compatibility, quality, etc... which would you recommend? Any place to order them for cheaper?

Or... any other advice - I am looking for good (and cheap) 4x media that I will be happy with for use in my Cendyne DVR-105.

    Thank you!

    Esbuy.com sucks as a company.
Their 4x discs are unbranded Ritek 4x.

Look at Optodisc Gold or Princo 4x.

Just remember that you'll get the quality you pay for.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

  3. OK then, for use in the Cendyne DVR-105...

What do you think of the Optodisc Gold 4x DVD-R Media

    http://www.dvd-rwmedia.com/optodisc-dvd-r-1x4x.html
    50 pack, ~ $90

VS the Princo 4x DVD-R media

    http://www.blank-cd-cdr.com/pr4xdv4me.html
    50 pack, ~ $57

Considering both price & quality, @ 4x, for use in my cendyne drive...

    Thank you!

  4. I would stay away from princo. I bought a 25 pack and they will not play at all on my sony player and have a lot of jitters durring playback on my pioneer player. I only trust Ritek 4x media as I have made over 80 backups with no problems what so ever. I get mine at www.rima.com or www.shop4tech.com, both are good compaines.
