hi
im using TMPGEnc to encode the movie, and smart ripper and dvd2avi to rip, im noticing that after converting, and burning to a vcd, the movie seems to play slow, or like you notice the frame, like the movie is laggy, can some1 help, thats im a noob at this. =)

try reversing the field order u used...(tmpgenc's advanced menu)
test on CD-RW first
