I wanted to convert my old vhs movie to vcd or svcd
so i recorded the movie on a dv tapes and now i want to transfer them to vcd or svcd format. i used UleadVideo Studio7 and captured it in mpeg but didnt get a good quality, lots of interlaces lots of ppixel boxs then i captured it in avi (DV1), the final file was 10 gb but the problem was that it use to lag even though i converted it to normal avi or watever using Canpous Dv File Converter and then to Mpeg using Tmepenc.
wat shuld be done in this case
can u guuyz help me plze.
