ISO is an image of a CD, meaning all the folders... the whole works. Its not just a file to convert to MPEG2.
Eitherway, programs to open, names like Virtual DAEMON, ISOBust, or WinRar come to mind. A search on Google will likely yield websites with download links.
Also I think there are some guides on how to do this on this site. Check out the left hand column.
And if youre too lazy, just burn the thing onto a CD and open the CD.
Good luck. -
i may of phrased that question wrong..... i need to make a dvd out of an ISO image? TMPGEnc will not recognise it?

ahhh... in that case you do know what you're talking about.
I use Easy CD Creator, and in the File menu theres an option like Burn Disc From Image File. Im sure whatever you use has a similar feature, so just click it, select the ISO, and burn away. -
DVDDecrypter can also burn ISO to dvdr/ws.
