hi all,
swapped my hp writer for a sony dvd writer.. i specifically left mpeg1s (1150bit rate) that i had written with the hp drive to a VCD for dvd player playback.. took same files same program. and tried to write VCD (memorx cdr) which i have about 50 of with my home movies on. the sony failed to write anything but the menu. i tried to play back on dvd .. it played menu then blue...more over i tried to play the megav files from my computer and unable they to did not play (normally will play in windows media player by selecting individual files)...
question is is there something i am supposed to do to write VCDs or any CDR for that matter using the sony??? note..it did a perfect copy of a home DVD+r of home movies so it writes those well.
i was using pinnacle version 8
thanks![]()
