  1. See topic...I need to remove all he audio from a video file totally and replace it with new audio that I've custom created...how is this done? Especially just the removal of all audio......

  2. Wot type of file is it ?. Id just demux it n get seperate video n audio streams n then remux it with your new audio. this is easy with mpg/vob files i dunno about avi or mov

    if it's an avi file, open it in Virtualdub, under Audio select ".wav audio" and open the wav you want to use instead of the original.

    If you use TMPGenc, then you can designate a totally separate and different audio file along with the video file you are going to process.

    I would think that would also replace the original audio within the file you are processing.

    Hope that makes sense to you.

    To say it another way, TMPGenc asks for two files upon input. If all you enter is one AVI file, it presumes to use the audio also within that file. But you can also designate a second, different audio file at the same time.
    Whatever doesn't kill me, merely ticks me off. (Never again a Sony consumer.)
