Has anyone used this card to capture video with if so how easy is it to import VHS to I persume Avi before one can export it to mpeg on CD.
I also heard that you have to get another software for the mpeg conversion as studio hasn't this feature. Is this all correct?
Is VCD like CD-ROM where it can be played on any cd drive in Uk and USA? Sounds like a stupid question... but it's bugging me that we brits can't play or send our VCD(or CD-ROM) to USA. What will work in either country?

DC10+ is a good card to capture VSH tape (to AVI file)/
You need to use a software encoder such as TMPGEnc to convert AVI to MPEG
VCD can be played in any Windows PC with a CD-ROM drive in any country(may be MAC too but I know nothing about MAC so I can't say for sure).
