Hello,
I started authoring my own DVDs and playing them in stand-alone DVD players.
I have Panasoinc s35. Any DVD-R disc I try to make won't play there, the DVD player will just freeze. I tryed then to author DVD+R then I Tryed my DVDs on other DVD players like SONY DVP-NS 330 and Irradio MPEG 4 player. I also changed DVD media I tryed Verbatim, Imation etc etc..
noone of them works on any type of DVD player.
SONY should be good, it claims to play DVD+-R and DVD +-RW but my DVDs won't work there. The only DVD which works are UDF/ISO DVDs with DivX and XviD files, and Irradio player can read them well.
So I Ask here I must do something wrong when I author my DVDs but I guess what I can make wrong ? My DVDs runs perfectly on Any DVD reader on any PC using WinDVD or PowerDVD, they just can't run on standalone DVD player.
Could anyone give me some hints please?
Here is the method I use: virtualdub to extract the audio track from DivX avi files, then I use TMPGEnc to convert to MPEG format.
Then I use Ifoedit to author the DVD.
To burn it I use ImgTool Classic + DVDDecrypter otherwise I just create a UDF/ISO 1.02 udf type with Nero adding VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS directories.
In either way the DVD which results can play in DVD reader of PCs but it can't work on any DVD standalone.
I am really clueless and I really ask for help and hints, how can I make my DVD run on standalone player like Panasoinc s35.
My DVD recorder is NEC 1300A.
